I did something interesting today: I watched the news for a few minutes because they were talking about wealth in America and I thought it relevant to pay attention. Listen to this startling fact about the distribution of wealth in America in the last 15 years:
In 1990, the individuals that made up the top 1% in America, earned 15% of all the income.
In 2007, the top 1% earned 22% of the TOTAL income in America.
How are these 1% ers thinking? What are they doing to control 22% of the income in America and how can we get in on the action?
The answer: "Mine" your own business. Work on yourself. Start a home based business. You get so many tax advantages just by operating a business. Every time you turn on the TV you hear about how the middle class is being hurt. The solution: Get out of the middle class and move up the income ladder. Improve your entrepreneurial and marketing education. The game is set up for you to lose. School didn't teach you how to "mine" you own business. Your boss and manager didn't teach you because they don't know. The system is designed for you to be ignorant. That's how they take advantage of you. That's how you lose.
The FIRST step to getting out is to invest your time wisely.
The people in power have INVESTED the time to learn the game of money. The middle class hasn't. Invest 1-3 hours a week (or more) in your entrepreneurial education. Learn how to market, learn how to sell, learn how to think and act like an entrepreneur. You win through education. You win through ACTION. The 1% understand the game and are winning at a HUGE level, what about you? The middle class is going to continue shrinking. Will you be caught in its trap or will you make your move? The choice is yours. Choose FREEDOM, I did.

Happy Thanksgiving!!
Wow!
It's been a while and here we are at the time of year where everyone is focused on family and food. It's also a time to reflect on our lot in life and to truly be grateful for all that we have.
The interesting thing with this time of year is that it seems to be the only time that we show our gratitude for all that we have. I say it's interesting because as people, we spend more time throughout the year looking at or complaining about what we don't have, what we lack etc... and we wonder why we keep getting more of the same and nothing seems to change.
If we took the time each and every day to be grateful for what we have no matter how "small" it may seem, we would be amazed at how our lives would improve. Instead of Thanksgiving being one day a year, it should be every day! We would all receive so much more for showing our gratitude daily by what we do, not just what we say.
As we celebrate this Holiday, let's remember to choose to give thanks every day of our lives and watch our lives grow and improve in ways we could only imagine.

Happy Halloween!!
Today is a crazy day for most people especially if you have children because you have to "Trick or Treat" so this will be short. As you fret about all you have to do today remember to thank God that you're able to function and participate in the actions of the day.
Too often we look at what's ahead of us and we get overwhelmed by what we have to do and we wonder how we do it all. The most important thing to remember during those times is that you don't have to get things right, you just have to get them going. Remember that on this crazy day! Happy Halloween everyone!!

I'm an entrepreneur in the truest sense of the word! I've spent the last 22 years of my life working for myself in different business ventures. I've had great successes and also what people would consider great failures. I consider them great lessons. They've all contributed to making me who I am today and I'm thankful for that.
I've had a wonderful life and I know the best is happening NOW and there's even better coming!! I have a Master's Degree from the school of hard knocks and a PhD from the school of life and I hope that my experiences will inspire some of you to take the actions necessary to improve your life.
In every moment, we have TWO different choices we can make.
Many times, many of us, forget about the '2nd way.' Let me explain. For the most part we're 'sold' a specific mass mindset. Our institutions, environment, and media all have a hand in it. Included in this 'mass mindset' is: Worry, Doubt, Fear, Anxiety, Guilt, Blame.
Many times we doubt ourselves too much, worry too much, and live too often in fear. Many times we grew up in this environment and we forgot we have a choice. Pick up any biography. Read any success story. Those who have unleashed their greatness DID NOT 'live' in this mindset. Not that they didn't have fears, but they didn't 'live' there. They live in a LAND OF POSSIBILITIES.
When you 'live' in a land of possibilities, your mindset moves to: Courage, Power, Clarity, Understanding, Focus, Desire, Belief, Persistence, Service. It's very easy to live in fear and doubt. I've been working on myself for years, reducing the amount of time I spend there. Where do you spend most of your time? In the mindset of fear or living in the land of possibilities? Increase your awareness. When your shoulders are about to slump, your facial expression goes sour and you're ready to get upset, make a different choice. Choose courage. Choose power. Choose to live in the land of possibilities. Your best self is ALWAYS welcome there. In this moment ONLY, believe in yourself.
